Kahn Hilton and Tyler Steele are getting stronger without really noticing it. One good thing about coaching is noticing the improvements your athletes are making while they are totally oblivious and unaware of it. Kahn and Tyler are both playing for Jr. High’s next season, Kahn should be playing for Roy Jr. and Tyler should be playing for Sandridge Jr., and both of them understand that ‘strength’ is an important part of being successful on the next level.
Last night Kahn and Tyler were both at...

Ryder Williams is RLC #1 Prospect and he is just coming along nicely and not disappointing anyone. The way Ryder comes to the gym and continues to work and get better is remarkable for a 9 year old. He is completely in tuned and wanting to get better in every aspect of football and the Quarterback position. Right now Ryder is making such improvements across the board he might even move up to the next level of competition and compete for a starting job. The improvements that Ryder Williams has...

Caleb Moudy is back from off-season surgery and came back tougher. After more than 6 weeks of no physical work, Caleb is back at Thrive Fitness working on his game. Caleb has a huge reputation for being one of the toughest physical players on the field and I think he has actually gotten tougher. With his most strenuous work out this off-season Caleb battled through the rust he collected during his recovery time. He was able to take his body to the limit and then some, fighting through...

The two young Quarterbacks looked really young in their first meeting yesterday. Isaac Lee and Ryder Williams looked like two rookie Quarterbacks who were learning how to play the position. With the pressure on to produce at a higher level against each other both young QB’s struggled at first and seemed to forget all their training thus far. After a few horrible rep’s against each other and a few mechanical corrections, both QB’s picked up their level of play. After last night we saw that...

Logan ‘Yogi’ Hilton & Kaden ‘White Mamba’ Donaldson started this month off great yesterday at Thrive Fitness gym. This month we are all focusing on improving our overall individual skills and competing against other RLC athletes on a daily basis. Yogi and the Mamba went toe to toe yesterday during their conditioning session and pushed each other to the limit. Next Wednesday Yogi and the Mamba will be at it again.

Isaac Lee for some reason just fits that Quarterback's mold... I think he might give Beiber a run for his money.

Kaden Donaldson is starting to come into his own and is beginning to figure out where he can be a lethal threat on the football field. Kaden has a great first step and makes very vicious cuts, which makes him very hard to bottle up in open space. With this new understanding Kaden has focused more attention on his ‘hand skills’, endurance and getting even faster. His style of running and cutting ability reminds you a lot of the Oregon Duck’s very own #6 De'Anthony Thomas, who is...

Caleb Moudy is almost back from off season surgery healthy and ready to go. Just a few more weeks and Caleb will be ready to hit the off season harder than he did a few months ago when he started RLC. Since his surgery Caleb has been focusing on his Football IQ and refusing to just to sit at home and wait to recover. Caleb is the only RLC Athlete to move onto more complex offensive, defensive formations and defensive coverage’s. He has currently understood the concepts of ‘Cover Zero’ and...

Ryder Williams is just getting better. Ryder has moved through his first two months of off season coaching and he has just made improvements across the board. He has consistently gotten better with QB foot speed and foot work and has also improved his Football IQ. His 3 & 5 step drop is becoming more fluid and he is moving on to learning and understanding the ‘Read Option’ offense. He just seems to be more focused every single day he comes out to train and does not want to settle with...
